Brick of Knowledge -- Port Item

There is a quest to get a once every 20 hours port to PoK. It requires planar access (Tactics, Storms, Torment) so I believe that means level 62 at the moment? Anyway, here is the link. It is only avail during the anniversary period so get it while it's here.
